Hello CAREWare MA providers,
Welcome to our new email format! This new email system allows users to subscribe and unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of this email, and you can subscribe on our website (by clicking on “contact us”).
We have a few important updates for you this week:
- We’ve posted updated versions of two documents on the CAREWare MA website (http://carewarema.jsi.com/):
- Subservice Definitions (this document defines all of the subservice categories as well as service units)
- Fields and Definitions (this document defines each of the fields in CAREWare)
- Information about any system outages will be posted on the CAREWare MA website home page under the “blog posts” section. This includes planned outages for service updates (which will be scheduled outside of regular business hours) and any unexpected outages.
