Hello CAREWare MA providers – and Happy New Year!

During this webinar you will hear from MA DPH staff and from the JSI helpdesk team:
- MA DPH staff will walk through subservice definitions and units of service.
- JSI helpdesk staff will share some updates on passwords (process improvements that we hope will make things easier for everyone!) and will let you know about some soon-to-be-released custom reports providers can generate to look at their own data.
- We will share answers to some frequently asked questions, and a chance for you to ask more questions during the session.
