Our CAREWare MA helpdesk (carewaremahelpdesk@jsi.com) has sent emails to each person that submitted a complete user agreement. This email contains login information (including a temporary password) for the recipient. If you are waiting for that information and have not seen it yet, please check your spam filter and then contact the helpdesk at the above email address.
As I mentioned earlier today, our training materials are now available online! Please go to http://carewarema.jsi.com/ and bookmark this site for future reference. You’ll find lots of helpful information, including updated versions of all training materials, an FAQ document summarizing our responses to all the questions that came up in training, an archived version of the supervisor training webinar, and more!
