Hello CAREWare MA providers,
We are rolling out a new email reminder system to inform each CAREWare MA user when their remote server password is about to expire. These reminders will go out to individual users starting three weeks before the user’s password is set to expire, reminding them to change their password. Passwords expire after 75 days.
If a user does not change their remote server password before it expires, they will need to contact the CAREWare MA helpdesk.
