Provider Report Open + Run your RSR + RSR Webinar follow-up

Hello CAREWare MA providers,

This post includes: (1) an update that the Provider Report is now open, (2) a reminder to run your RSR in CAREWare, and (3) a follow-up from the 2024 CAREWare MA RSR Webinar.

1. The HRSA Provider Report is now open. All providers must complete this report–please get started on yours today! The Provider Report (including the client-level data RSR XML file) must be uploaded to HRSA’s web application for MDPH to review by February 20th.

   • If you’re a recipient, go to the EHB: https://grants.hrsa.gov/EAuthNS/external/account/SignIn

   • If you’re a subrecipient, go to the web application: https://grants.hrsa.gov/EAuthNS/serviceprovider/account/SignIn

2. You are now able to run your RSR XML in CAREWare! As a reminder, the deadline to submit client-level data is February 20th. We recognize that this date is fast approaching–if your agency needs an extension please let us know by emailing the helpdesk.

3. The recording and slides from the 2024 CAREWare MA RSR Webinar will be posted to our website later this week. The materials and resources mentioned in the webinar can be downloaded from the links below:
