Hello CAREWare MA providers,
This email includes (1) the October 2023 data entry reminder, (2) a reminder to check your data, (3) a reminder to sign your annual CAREWare MA user agreements, and (4) a reminder about the upcoming in-person new user trainings.
- October data entry deadline
- The CAREWare MA data entry deadline for October data will be Wednesday, November 15th.
- If your data are not submitted by the deadline, they may not be included in the reports JSI provides to MA DPH.
- Remember to check your data quality each month! To review your data:
- Run the “Financial Report” with “Include subservice detail” selected. This report shows your data in summary form.
- If your organization submits an RSR, run the “TLSMissingRyanWhiteEligibility” report to ensure that all of your clients are designated as Ryan White eligible.

- Time to re-sign your user agreement!
- All CAREWare MA users must re-sign and re-submit user agreements before January 1, 2024. For security reasons, this is an annual requirement. If you do not re-sign your user agreement by the end of the year, you will be locked out and unable to access CAREWare MA until a user agreement is in place. - If you do not hear from JSI within 72 hours of submitting a user agreement, please email the helpdesk at CAREWareMAhelpdesk@jsi.com.
- December New User Trainings
- The CAREWare Helpdesk will be offering two in-person training sessions for users who are new to CAREWare.
- These sessions will occur the morning of Wednesday, December 6th and the afternoon of Thursday, December 7th. Please note that these sessions will cover the same material, so you need only attend one session on the date most convenient for you. The trainings will be located at the JSI offices at 44 Farnsworth St. in Boston.
