Hello CAREWare MA providers,
This email includes instructions on how to save a report if you run one in CAREWare MA. Because many of your CAREWare MA reports include sensitive information, you cannot save reports directly to your own computer. Instead, if you run a data report, you must save it to a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) site.
Instructions to save reports to SFTP are attached to this email.
Please save this attachment. Because our regular website is open to the public, the SFTP instructions will not be posted there. In future, if you need the SFTP instructions again, you can request them over email.
