Hello CAREWare MA providers,
This post includes (1) the November 2025 data entry reminder, (2) a reminder to check your data, and (3) a reminder to register for upcoming New User training by CAREWare MA helpdesk team.
- November data entry deadline
The CAREWare MA data entry deadline for November data will be Monday, December 15th. If your data are not submitted by the deadline, they may not be included in the reports JSI provides to MA DPH.
- Remember to check your data quality each month! To review your data:
- Run the “Financial Report” with “Include subservice detail” selected. This report shows your data in summary form.
- If your organization submits an RSR, run the “TLSMissingRyanWhiteEligibility” report to ensure that all of your clients are designated as Ryan White eligible.

- Reminder to register for upcoming New User training by CAREWare MA helpdesk team
The CAREWare MA Helpdesk Team will be hosting two virtual training sessions for new CAREWare users this December. Please note: these training sessions are aimed at users new to MA CAREWare but all are welcome.
In this training session, participants will learn how to:
- Navigate CAREWare
- Enter data for key fields
- Generate essential CAREWare reports
- Improve data completeness.
These sessions will cover the same material, so please register for one of the dates most convenient for you:
- Friday, December 5, 2025 from 10 AM – 12 PM. Click here to register.
