March data entry reminder + Urgent Notice: Do Not Use “Undo Import”

Hello CAREWare MA providers,

This email includes (1) the March 2026 data entry reminder, (2) a reminder to check your data, and (3) a notice to not use the “Undo Import” button during data importing processes.

• March data entry deadline
  • The CAREWare MA data entry deadline for March data will be Wednesday, April 15th. If your data are not submitted by the deadline, they may not be included in the reports JSI provides to MA DPH.

• Remember to check your data quality each month! To review your data:
  • Run the “Financial Report” with “Include subservice detail” selected. This report shows your data in summary form.
  • If your organization submits an RSR, run the “TLSMissingRyanWhiteEligibility” report to ensure that all of your clients are designated as Ryan White eligible.

• URGENT – Do not use the “Undo Import” button: jProg has discovered a bug in this feature that may accidentally remove client data not associated with your import. Until a permanent fix is released, please do not attempt to remove incorrect imports yourself. Instead, contact the jProg Help Desk for assistance at 1-877-294-3571 or cwhelp@jprog.com.
