We are writing to share an important update regarding CAREWare. We have received notice from jProg (the developers of CAREWare) regarding a bug discovered in the Undo Import feature.
Please do not use the Undo Import button until further notice.
While this feature is intended to remove incorrect imports, a bug has been identified that may accidentally remove data from client records that was not part of the import. To prevent data loss, jProg will be disabling this feature in the next production build until a permanent fix is released.
What to do if you need to remove an import:
If you encounter an issue with an import and need to remove data, please do not attempt to do it yourself. Instead, contact the jProg Help Desk for assistance with alternative methods:
