The CAREWare MA Helpdesk Team will be hosting two virtual training sessions for CAREWare users this December. In this training session, participants will learn how to navigate CAREWare, and understand the steps to generate essential CAREWare reports, including Client List, Service Detail, Financial, and ISP/Acuity reports.
These are advanced-level training sessions, specifically designed for managers and supervisors who possess an in-depth understanding of the CAREWare platform and data management. Participants should have a high level of familiarity with these areas to fully benefit from the training. This training is not suitable for new CAREWare users.
These sessions will cover the same material, so please register for one of the dates most convenient for you:

If you are unable to attend, a recording will be made available and posted to the CAREWare MA website. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to refine your expertise with CAREWare’s reporting tools.
